Rachelle Laforge is an entrepreneur turned lawyer with degrees in both civil law and common law. Her experience in family law litigation and mediation means that she understands the complexities and emotions involved with tough family issues. Rachelle believes knowledge is power, and is deeply passionate about education and action. She works tirelessly (enjoys a good brainstorming session) to find solutions, and believes that anything is possible.
Rachelle grew up in Thunder Bay and lived on both Vancouver Island and in England. She spent 10 years in the Canadian armed forces as a supply technician and is now raising 5 children. Rachelle is perfectly bilingual in French and in English. She loves to work with a variety of clients and is known for her sense of humour and her no-non-sense approach.
Committed to paying it forward, Rachelle is also on the board of Valoris for Children and Adults of Prescott-Russell to help give back to the community and contribute to the mission of the organization. A fan of the Arts, she encourages her family of artists to flourish and prosper. When she is not spending time in her busy office, you can find her at a music concert, bungee jumping off a bridge or camping with the family. An accomplished skydiver, Rachelle has also jumped out of a perfectly good airplane close to 300 times!
